Snow

Yes once again it's snow time, so don't just dream about it. Even if you've never, ever, been on the snow before, don't be put off, TTC is a great way to get started. And non-club members are very welcome on all trips. - but check out especially our special rates weekend for non-clubmembers!.

Our comfortable Tararua Tramping Club Lodge is situated in a sunny spot on Whakapapa ski field, at about the same height as the top of the first chairlift. We generally have vacancies available midweek, except during the school holidays, so if you know of any group that may be interested in using the lodge mid week please advise us.

Trip lists are generally posted on the notice boards at the clubrooms five Tuesdays before the trip. Come along to the club to discuss the trip and transport the Tuesday club night before the trip or get in touch with the trip leader beforehand.
