Fruit Crumble

Fruit Crumble

1 tin sliced apple or other fruit (550 - 770 gm) Crumble 1 cup flour ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup rolled oats 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon or cardamom 150 gm melted butter

  • place fruit into an ovenproof dish
  • in a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon
  • stir in the melted butter
  • cook at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, until crisp and golden

Serve warm with fruit or plain yoghurt, icecream, or cream

Serves 4 to 6
