Kime Hut

Construction of Kime III will be starting on the 21st January 2013. From this date during construction the current Kime Hut will be available to the public at a reduced capacity of 10 bunks. At the point where the new hut is closed in and weather tight the contractors will move into the new hut, and there will be no accommodation at the Kime site other than for emergency shelter.

TTC Auction

A grand sum of $824 was raised at the auction held on 27 November. Thank you to everyone who donated items for the auction and thanks to those who bid for the items. The money raised has been donated to The Friends of Baring Head to be used for conservation work in this area. Projects currently happening at Baring Head include: predator monitoring, building restoration, lizard monitoring, tree planting, as well as installation of toilets and picnic area.----

SPREAD STIX

Hello TTC! If you were at the last Tuesday Meeting you would've heard our presentation about our product. They are breakfast spreads in a glue-stick like container for the Young Enterprise Scheme. We thought this product would appeal to the tramping/camping market. Webteam vacancies

The webteam is seeking people to assist with keeping the content of the website up to date and fresh. A brief description of the content maintainer role is here. This is a non technical role that would take up a couple of hours a week at the most.
