Tararua Lodge is a warm comfortable ski lodge situated some distance from the Top of the Bruce Road. Facilities at the lodge include a modern kitchen, drying room, new ablution facilities with hot showers. When staying at the lodge you will need at least the following
Tararua Lodge is situated in an alpine environment and a blizzard or snow can occur at any time of year. In fact in extreme weather it may not be possible to leave or get to the lodge (but don't let this put you off, it rarely occurs).
