Please give the trip report over the phone to the Tramping Organiser on the Sunday or Monday night after your trip.
The report is needed for the Tuesday night. If that date is missed, it is still needed as soon as possible thereafter.
The name and telephone number of the relevant Tramping Organiser is found on the leader's letter.
This form is now printed on the back of the Trip List and is available on the web site for down loading and emailing back.
The purpose of the form is not to increase the leader's work load but to provide guidance on what is of value to the Club and also an alternative means of communication for those who wish it.
