This year’s competition will be held on Tuesday 10th September, therefore entries will close on 27th August 2019. Please have a look at previous photos in the 2016 photo competition results page.

We continue to keep our competition rules close to those of the FMC, but have other categories that suit TTC members. Both the winner and the first runner-up of each category will be eligible to enter the FMC Photo competition.

Photos entered should ideally reflect tramping or other TTC activities.

Our entries to the FMC competition will not be separated into those “with” or “without” human element. The FMC judges can place these in the relevant categories.

To get more of our members' photos into the final night's viewing, entrants may make TWO entries in each category. We show as many entries as we can, within the constraints of club night.

All entries must be submitted electronically with a file size between 2MB and 20MB as .jpg files. Emailed photos should be sent individually if large.

  • Adjustments for exposure, white balance, contrast and levels is allowed
  • Cropping is allowed
  • Stitching for panoramic is allowed
  • Removal or insertion of features not in the original images is not allowed.
