Tramping Reports Wednesday 2007 Jul 25 to Tuesday 2007 Jul 31
The Wed E/M Southern Walkway circuit had 12 members. The weather improved through the day and the trip ended with a cup of tea at the leaders house. The BBB to the Truby King Gardens had 5 members. They had a very pleasant time with lunch in the cane chairs on the verandah.
The Lodge trip to Pahiatua had 3 members and 1 non-member and had pleasant walks through the Gorge Track and the Sledge Track.
The Snow 2 Course had 16 students, 10 instructors and 3 cooks. They did all they needed but the weather was not cooperative except on Saturday afternoon.
The Saturday medium trip into East Harbour Regional Park had 7 members and generally kept dry except for one shower at midday.
The Sunday E trip on the Northern Walkway to Mt Kaukau had 6 members and managed to miss the bad weather.
