Wednesday was a perfect day for views from the Skyline walkway and the Bridle track. So many people on the trip they had to break up into three groups to find space to sit for lunch. 27 members, 2 non members

The trip to Waikuku Lodge enjoyed great weather. They did a 6 hour walk on Saturday and a shorter walk on Sunday. 5 members, 3 non members

The Saturday medium trip went up the Whakanui track and traversed the Turere Stream just south of Point 586, a taped route. They had a steep climb out of the stream, and then sloshed through the mud of the McKerrow track out. 7 members

The Sunday trip was quite an international group, with several newcomers to the club. The weather was perfect on the Eastern hills, and they caught the ferry home from Days Bay after coffee. 10 members, 4 non members

Just three people cycled the Hutt River trail between Avalon Park and Sladden Park on Sunday. 2 + 1 non member
