The club year runs from the 1st June to the 31st May.
The club constitution states that:
3.4 Annual General Meetings
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held no later than 31 August in each year on a date and at a location to be determined by the General Committee. The business of an AGM is to:

- consider any general business.
The General Committee at each AGM must present:
- an annual report on the operation and affairs of the Club during the most recently completed accounting period
- the annual financial statements for that period
- notice of any disclosures of conflicts of interest made by Officers during that period (including a summary of the matters, or types of matters, to which those disclosures relate).
