Creating trip booking forms

Snow and Tararua Lodge forms

• Open the template form
  • note that you need permission to open the template
• click on File > Make a Copy...
• enter the new filename, e.g. 2025-09-30 TTC ski trip enrolment form using the date of the first day of your trip
• customise the form: at the very top add trip details - location, start and end date, trip type (e.g. AIC, family, weekend, etc); add trip leader contact details

• turn on Accepting responses if you want the form to be used immediately
• turn on the form when you are ready to use it
• share the form through a link e.g. on the Fixture Card page for the trip

The form contains personal data. It is important that the data provided on the form can only be seen by the trip leader, and if necessary ski committee members or the webmaster.

• to share the form responses privately and securely? ensure that only people with google accounts can view or edit.
• ensure the form can no longer accept responses once the trip has commenced
